Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Lead a team of branch associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive exceptional client experiences
  • Manage client interactions, resolving complex inquiries and escalating issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Monitor and control branch resources, including cash handling, vault management, and inventory of operational supplies
  • Collaborate with branch managers and regional teams to implement operational improvements and support sales initiatives
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of transactions and processes to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
