Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily branch operations in a new build location, ensuring seamless setup and functionality of all systems and processes
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by embodying JP Morgan Chase's hospitality standards and resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Oversee team performance, providing coaching and development to branch associates to meet operational and sales goals
  • Manage compliance and risk controls, including audits, transaction processing, and adherence to federal banking regulations
  • Facilitate client onboarding, account management, and product recommendations tailored to individual financial needs
  • Coordinate with regional teams to implement branch strategies and support business growth initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client satisfaction scores and operational efficiency metrics
  • Handle cash management, vault operations, and security protocols in alignment with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Drive community engagement efforts to build brand loyalty in the Brigham Circle area of Boston

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
