Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations for the new build at Farmington Ridge Pkwy, ensuring seamless setup and launch of services
  • Lead a team of tellers and operations staff to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards
  • Manage compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Handle cash management, vault operations, and transaction processing to maintain accuracy and security
  • Collaborate with branch management to implement operational efficiencies and support sales initiatives
  • Train and mentor team members on JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and client service best practices
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues, escalating complex matters to senior leadership as needed
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of transactions and client interactions to uphold service excellence

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch banking operations, retail financial services, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record in managing operational processes in a high-volume banking environment
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Experience with new branch setups or renovations in the financial services sector
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support branch opening phases
