  • Lead a team of tellers and operations staff to deliver outstanding client experiences aligned with JP Morgan Chase's hospitality standards
  • Manage teller line efficiency, transaction processing, and cash handling while maintaining strict adherence to security and compliance protocols
  • Drive branch performance metrics, including client satisfaction scores, deposit growth, and operational efficiency in the Cedar Rapids market
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to implement sales strategies and cross-sell JP Morgan Chase products like checking accounts, loans, and investment services
  • Conduct team training on JP Morgan Chase policies, fraud prevention, and customer service best practices
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring regulatory compliance with federal banking laws and internal JP Morgan Chase guidelines
