Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations for a new build location in Tooele, UT, ensuring seamless setup and launch
• Oversee a team of tellers and operations staff, providing training and performance guidance
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by embodying JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards
• Manage compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including AML and KYC protocols
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and promote banking products like checking, savings, and loans
• Monitor branch metrics such as transaction volume, client satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with regional teams for inventory, technology integration, and security protocols
• Drive business growth through client engagement and cross-selling financial solutions
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment in the new branch facility

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in branch banking operations, customer service, or financial services
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams or projects within a retail banking environment
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in new branch openings or build-out projects
