Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including teller transactions, account openings, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead a team of branch associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Monitor and manage branch risk controls, fraud prevention measures, and operational security protocols
  • Collaborate with market leaders to achieve sales goals, client acquisition targets, and community engagement initiatives
  • Analyze branch performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in branch banking operations, customer service, or financial services

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment
