Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support branch needs
