Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving inquiries, promoting JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, loans, and investment services
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including KYC, AML, and fraud prevention protocols
  • Monitor branch metrics such as client satisfaction scores, operational efficiency, and sales targets, implementing improvements as needed

Required Qualifications
