Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives in corporate finance and operations
  • Participate in the development and review of business plans and financial models
  • Shadow professionals in areas such as risk management, compliance, and corporate strategy
  • Contribute to process improvements and administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency
  • Engage in networking events and mentorship sessions as part of the Drive the Future program
  • Analyze and summarize financial data using tools like Excel to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages such as Spanish are advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in Brazil for the duration of the internship
  • Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities
  • Basic understanding of corporate finance principles and business operations
