Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing market trends and financial data to support investment strategies in the Brazilian market
• Collaborate with teams on client presentations and reports, focusing on risk assessment and portfolio management
• Participate in rotational projects across departments such as corporate banking, investment banking, or asset management
• Conduct research on economic indicators and regulatory changes impacting financial services in Brazil
• Support compliance and risk management tasks, ensuring adherence to local and international standards
• Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements in daily operations
• Shadow senior professionals to gain insights into deal structuring and client advisory services

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university program in business, finance, economics, or a related field, with at least one year of study completed
• Legal authorization to work in Brazil without sponsorship
• Proficiency in Portuguese; English proficiency is highly desirable for global team interactions
• Identification as a Person with Disability (PcD) as defined by Brazilian labor laws, eligible for the PcD quota program
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA equivalent to 7.0/10 in Brazilian grading system
• Availability for a full-time internship during the program period, typically 6-12 months
• Basic understanding of financial markets and services through coursework or personal interest
