Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level business reports and dashboards for Merchant Services Operations
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Commercial & Investment Banking to support strategic initiatives
• Conduct data-driven analytics to optimize merchant services processes and enhance efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior leadership
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and contribute to business management projects
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in financial reporting
• Facilitate communication between operations teams and business stakeholders
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting for merchant services operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or operations within the financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and operational performance metrics
• Knowledge of commercial banking or investment banking processes, particularly in merchant services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA) or certification in financial analysis (e.g., CFA Level 1)
• Prior experience in merchant services or payment operations at a major financial institution
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector, such as PCI DSS for payments
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data manipulation and analytics
