Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and support strategic initiatives within JP Morgan Chase's financial services operations
  • Translate and localize financial documents, reports, and communications between English and Mandarin to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and compliance, to gather requirements and define solutions
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements
  • Facilitate communication between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in global projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) with proficiency in financial terminology
