Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and support strategic initiatives within JP Morgan Chase's financial services operations
• Translate and localize financial documents, reports, and communications between English and Mandarin to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and compliance, to gather requirements and define solutions
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements
• Facilitate communication between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in global projects
• Support regulatory reporting and documentation by providing bilingual expertise in financial audits and compliance reviews
• Monitor and evaluate business processes to recommend optimizations that enhance efficiency and risk management
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system translations and implementations
• Contribute to innovation efforts by identifying opportunities for creative solutions in multilingual business environments
• Maintain documentation standards and ensure all translated materials align with JP Morgan Chase's brand and legal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) with proficiency in financial terminology
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process improvement
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Experience with translation and localization of business documents in a corporate environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
