Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into functional requirements for financial systems

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and process flows
  • Analyze data trends in financial markets to support risk assessment and decision-making

  • Support the implementation of technology solutions, including testing and user acceptance
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business initiatives

  • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency within the Mumbai operations hub

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CFA Level 1
