  • Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable business processes for JP Morgan Chase's global operations
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of filter-related solutions
  • Conduct gap analyses on existing filter systems and recommend improvements to mitigate financial risks
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate initiative progress to senior leadership
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for filter effectiveness in preventing illicit activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in financial services

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations such as AML, KYC, and sanctions screening
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies in a banking environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to implementation
