Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of scalable payments products by analyzing business needs and recommending process improvements
• Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks in payments workflows
• Write detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications for payments initiatives
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and compliance teams to implement changes and ensure seamless integration
• Conduct gap analysis on current systems and propose enhancements aligned with JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements to drive product roadmap development
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for payments operations
• Assist in testing and validation of new features to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies for payments product launches
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in payments processing, product delivery, or operations support
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and payments, such as PSD2 and SEPA
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance or Business Administration
