Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or a similar industry
  • Proven track record in facilitating product delivery and managing dependencies in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and change management processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools relevant to banking operations
