Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end product delivery process by identifying and resolving operational challenges
• Manage interdependencies between projects, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Participate in change management initiatives, including impact assessments and communication plans
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business units to define requirements and prioritize features
• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications for financial products
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on delivery status to senior leadership
• Support risk identification and mitigation in product portfolios within the banking domain
• Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's regulatory and governance standards in all deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or a similar industry
• Proven track record in facilitating product delivery and managing dependencies in complex environments
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and change management processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools relevant to banking operations
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with strict compliance to regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Business Analytics
• Experience in JP Morgan Chase or a comparable investment banking environment
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP)
• Familiarity with financial products such as derivatives, equities, or risk management tools
• Prior involvement in large-scale digital transformation projects in the financial sector
