Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect data domains to support conversational AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and integration with JP Morgan Chase's core banking systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for data-driven AI solutions in financial services
• Develop data models, schemas, and governance frameworks to optimize data flow for analytics and reporting
• Lead data domain strategy, including mapping data lineage and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Analyze existing data architectures and recommend improvements for efficiency and security in a high-volume financial environment
• Work with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and integration layers for AI model training and deployment
• Conduct impact assessments for new data initiatives and mitigate risks associated with data privacy and security
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Analytics Solutions & Delivery team
• Monitor and optimize data performance metrics to support real-time decision-making in trading, lending, and customer service
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in data architecture and AI to drive innovation at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, business analysis, or related roles within the financial services industry
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data domains for large-scale enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and data integration principles
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial regulations like SOX
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or certifications like CBAP or CDMP
• Experience in conversational AI or natural language processing applications in finance
