Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Chase Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) business, including data validation and process optimization
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable operational workflows for the MSR team
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mortgage servicing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Philippines to ensure seamless MSR transaction processing
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks in MSR activities, adhering to JP Morgan Chase's compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation for MSR processes, including user guides and training materials
  • Support system enhancements by testing and implementing changes in mortgage servicing platforms
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend process improvements
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and audits specific to mortgage servicing rights
  • Liaise with technology teams to integrate data analytics tools for better MSR insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or mortgage operations
  • Strong understanding of mortgage servicing processes, including MSR valuation and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software used in banking environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, operational support role within a multinational corporation
  • Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and operational standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP or PMI-PBA)
