Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into functional requirements for technology teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across JP Morgan Chase to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use cases
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals
• Analyze data and metrics to support decision-making in risk assessment and operational efficiency
• Partner with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory standards
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Contribute to the adoption of agile practices within the Business Analysis team
• Support the implementation of new financial technologies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Provide training and guidance to junior analysts on best practices in business analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in gathering and documenting business requirements for complex projects
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and regulatory compliance in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Information Technology
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP or PMI-PBA)
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar large-scale banking platforms
• Knowledge of UK financial regulations such as FCA guidelines
• Prior exposure to digital transformation initiatives in asset management or investment banking
