Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in gathering and documenting business requirements for complex projects
  • Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and regulatory compliance in banking
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Information Technology
