Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to business teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle correspondence, data entry, and maintenance of client records in compliance with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, training sessions, and departmental meetings in Madrid
  • Support budget tracking and expense reporting for assigned business units
  • Liaise with internal departments such as HR, IT, and Compliance to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and managing office supplies/inventory
  • Monitor and update project timelines using tools like Microsoft Project or similar
  • Contribute to process improvements in administrative workflows to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of administrative or support experience in a corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with data entry and basic financial reporting tools
  • Eligibility to work in Spain without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar enterprise software
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the European financial market
