Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Business Banking Relationship Managers in the Loveland, CO territory to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new small business clients and expand existing relationships, targeting over 3 million nationwide opportunities
  • Oversee portfolio management, including credit underwriting, loan structuring, and risk assessment for business banking products
  • Collaborate with internal JP Morgan Chase partners in treasury services, merchant banking, and capital markets to provide holistic solutions
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve performance goals, fostering a culture of innovation and client-centric service
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the financial services industry to identify growth opportunities in Colorado

Required Qualifications
