Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Banking Relationship Managers in the Loveland, CO territory to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new small business clients and expand existing relationships, targeting over 3 million nationwide opportunities
• Oversee portfolio management, including credit underwriting, loan structuring, and risk assessment for business banking products
• Collaborate with internal JP Morgan Chase partners in treasury services, merchant banking, and capital markets to provide holistic solutions
• Mentor and coach team members to achieve performance goals, fostering a culture of innovation and client-centric service
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the financial services industry to identify growth opportunities in Colorado
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies while managing a high-volume portfolio
• Drive community engagement initiatives to build JP Morgan Chase's brand presence among local small businesses in Loveland and surrounding areas
• Analyze performance metrics and report on key indicators such as client acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio quality to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking, business banking, or financial services
• Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of small business clients
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and lending products for small businesses
• Experience leading teams in a banking environment, with demonstrated leadership skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, including compliance with FDIC and OCC guidelines
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Expertise in digital banking solutions and fintech integrations for small businesses
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse client base in Colorado
