Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts to secure new business, including RFPs and contract negotiations with public sector clients
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting government banking and ensure all activities comply with federal guidelines

  • Track performance metrics, report on pipeline development, and contribute to quarterly business reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with government entities, including federal, state, or local agencies and military organizations
  • Deep understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements in the U.S.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans for client engagement and revenue growth

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the region or nationally as needed
