Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture regional and national relationships with Higher Education institutions, Healthcare organizations, and Non-Profits to promote JP Morgan Chase's financial health workshops
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to extend and customize financial education programs tailored to the unique needs of these sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the reach of JP Morgan's financial wellness offerings
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations to educate clients on financial health topics, including budgeting, debt management, and retirement planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists and compliance officers, to ensure program alignment with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including relationship growth, workshop attendance, and client satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends in Higher Education, Healthcare, and Non-Profit sectors to inform business development strategies
  • Support sales initiatives by providing insights and resources to enhance client engagement with JP Morgan's broader financial services
  • Ensure all activities comply with federal regulations and JP Morgan Chase's ethical guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with Higher Education, Healthcare, or Non-Profit organizations
  • Strong understanding of financial wellness programs and educational workshops
  • Ability to travel regionally or nationally as needed (up to 50%)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with institutional stakeholders
