Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios in the not-for-profit sector
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services tailored to small businesses and non-profits
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the region to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field

  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
