Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with small businesses across the Germantown, TN region and nationwide
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with over 3 million small business clients to provide tailored financial solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting JP Morgan Chase's suite of banking products, including commercial loans, merchant services, and cash management
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the small business sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial advice
  • Organize and participate in networking events, seminars, and client workshops to enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Provide insights on client feedback to improve product offerings at JP Morgan Chase
  • Mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance sales culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring new clients in small business banking
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products, including loans, credit lines, and treasury services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the region to meet clients and attend networking events
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Experience working with small businesses in the Southeast US market
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to serve diverse small business owners
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling complex financial solutions
