Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business enablement initiatives that streamline technology infrastructure delivery
  • Drive transformation projects focused on multi-cloud integration, ensuring seamless solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Manage program delivery for Core & Foundational Platforms, aligning with developer and business requirements to accelerate secure application deployment
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements to enhance operational resilience and innovation in client-facing services
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with JPMorgan's risk and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices in agile transformation and cloud-native technologies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement programs on business efficiency
  • Integrate feedback loops to continuously improve user experience in multi-cloud environments
  • Support the adoption of modern tools and practices to drive cost optimization in financial technology infrastructure

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, business enablement, or technology transformation within financial services
  • Proven track record in delivering multi-cloud infrastructure projects in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Experience with risk management and compliance standards in banking (e.g., SOC, PCI-DSS)
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams in a global organization
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
