  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for tracking onboarding metrics and service performance
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on WorkFront best practices and updates
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT for resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk and regulatory standards in all platform activities

Required Qualifications
