Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business strategy and decision-making in JPMorgan Chase's financial operations
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk, revenue, and client services
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity in the Bengaluru operations hub
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance efforts in alignment with global standards
• Lead ad-hoc projects involving market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking
• Foster innovation by integrating advanced analytics into business management practices
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across regions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, analytics, or financial services
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
• Proven track record in project management within a corporate environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global financial institution
• Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or FRM (preferred but not mandatory)
