Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, financial services, or operations within a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM (preferred but not mandatory)
