Key Responsibilities

• Support senior business leaders in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives within JPMorgan Chase's Mumbai operations
• Analyze market trends, financial performance metrics, and operational data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements
• Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with global teams to align local initiatives with firm-wide objectives in the financial services industry
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in business processes, leveraging JPMorgan's technology platforms
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
• Facilitate communication between business units, technology, and compliance teams to support seamless operations
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and third-party engagements specific to financial services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, financial services, or a related analytical role
• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or FRM (preferred but not mandatory)
