Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior trading leadership, providing strategic insights to optimize cash equities business performance
• Analyze trading operations data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements for better execution and settlement
• Collaborate with front-office traders, middle-office risk teams, and back-office operations to ensure seamless workflow in cash equities
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as trade volume, latency, and error rates, driving initiatives to enhance them
• Support regulatory compliance efforts by implementing controls and reporting mechanisms specific to equities trading
• Lead cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies or market changes into the cash equities platform
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align business objectives
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on business performance, risks, and opportunities in cash equities
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing on trading best practices within the JP Morgan Chase Markets team
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect the firm's interests in volatile market conditions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, operations, or support roles within cash equities trading or financial markets
• Strong understanding of cash equities trading processes, including order execution, settlement, and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record of optimizing business performance and acting as a trusted advisor in a high-stakes financial environment
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics in trading operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on risk management and process improvement
• Familiarity with financial regulations such as SEC, FINRA, and MiFID II relevant to equities trading

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
