Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance business performance and operational efficiency within JP Morgan Chase's finance divisions
• Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to support senior leadership decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks while driving key business projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, financial analysis, or operations within the financial services industry

• Proven track record of driving business initiatives and optimizing performance metrics
