Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the HHN business head, providing strategic insights to enhance performance and growth
  • Drive key initiatives including market expansion, product development, and client relationship optimization for healthcare, higher education, and not-for-profit clients
  • Analyze business performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial solutions such as customized lending and treasury services
  • Monitor industry trends in HHN sectors and advise on risk management and compliance strategies
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on business KPIs and initiative outcomes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to align with JP Morgan Chase's HHN objectives
  • Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial services
  • Lead ad-hoc projects related to digital transformation and innovation in client servicing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, consulting, or financial services within the healthcare, higher education, or not-for-profit sectors
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services tailored to HHN clients, including lending, treasury management, and investment solutions
  • Proven track record of driving business initiatives and optimizing performance in a complex organizational environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Ability to collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA
