Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives for the EMEA Payments business, focusing on EEA and Switzerland branches
  • Monitor and enhance performance metrics, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Implement robust controls and risk management frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance in payments operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and compliance, to drive business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform payments strategy and innovation
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations on business performance and strategic recommendations
  • Support branch-level operations in Frankfurt, ensuring alignment with global J.P. Morgan standards
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement with regulators, clients, and internal partners
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimizations in payments workflows
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and best practices for the payments team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, payments, or financial services within a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of EMEA payments regulations, including PSD2, SEPA, and SWIFT standards
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English; German language skills preferred for Frankfurt operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance or related discipline
