Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote comprehensive product strategies for JP Morgan Chase's lending services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, risk management, and technology, to drive product development and enhancements
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation in lending products
  • Lead the creation of business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for new lending initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including those from RBI and global financial authorities, in all product strategies
  • Monitor product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction, and recommend adjustments
  • Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support scalable lending solutions
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process for the lending division, providing insights on product positioning and growth opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement in product management practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, strategy, or development within the financial services industry, with a focus on lending products
  • Proven track record of promoting product strategies that align business objectives with customer needs in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of lending services, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending regulations and market dynamics
  • Experience working in a global financial institution, ideally with exposure to cross-functional teams in product development
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, with direct involvement in lending product innovation
