Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic administrative and operational support to the Country Head of J.P. Morgan Asset Management France, including agenda management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the France asset management team to ensure alignment with J.P. Morgan's global standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving client services, compliance, and risk management teams to drive business initiatives
  • Act as a key liaison between the Country Head and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership in New York and London
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the France office, identifying opportunities for operational improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and office operations to maintain a high-performance work environment in Paris
  • Support business development efforts by preparing client presentations and materials tailored to the French market
  • Ensure compliance with local French and EU regulations in all business activities, mitigating risks proactively
  • Facilitate team communications and events, fostering collaboration within J.P. Morgan Asset Management France

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in business management, preferably within asset management or financial services
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in a high-stakes financial environment
  • Strong understanding of the French financial regulatory landscape and EU asset management regulations
  • Excellent proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination in a multinational corporation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
  • Prior experience working with J.P. Morgan or a similar global investment bank
