Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate products such as loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Monitor client portfolios, manage risk, and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory standards
  • Develop and execute business development plans to meet or exceed sales targets for deposits, loans, and fee income
  • Provide ongoing advisory services to clients on cash management, merchant services, and digital banking tools
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at local networking events and community engagements to enhance brand visibility
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position JP Morgan Chase as the preferred financial partner
  • Prepare and present portfolio reviews and performance reports to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of small business lending, credit analysis, and financial products
  • Ability to travel within the assigned market area as needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
