Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with small business owners, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth
  • Prospect and acquire new small business clients in the Brooklyn, NY market through networking and referrals

  • Analyze client financial data to underwrite credit applications and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling treasury management and payment solutions to existing portfolio
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or small business lending
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships within the financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products, including loans, credit lines, and treasury services
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit risks for small business clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on client-centric solutions
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
