Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth and operational needs
  • Prospect and acquire new small business relationships through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach in the Burr Ridge, IL area
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as commercial loans, merchant services, and cash management solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for banking needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit analysts, product specialists, and branch staff to deliver seamless service
  • Monitor client financial health, identify opportunities for cross-selling, and mitigate risks through proactive portfolio management
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at local business events, chambers of commerce, and community functions to enhance brand visibility
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and fair lending practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
