Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth and operational needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, identifying opportunities for cross-selling JP Morgan Chase products like loans, lines of credit, and cash management services
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to recommend appropriate financing options while mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit underwriters and product specialists, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for new business acquisition and portfolio expansion
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on financial strategies in the competitive banking landscape
  • Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Participate in community outreach and networking events to build JP Morgan Chase's presence among small businesses in Charlotte, NC

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
