Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients in the Chattanooga region, providing tailored financial solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the portfolio of over 3 million small businesses served by JP Morgan Chase
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking products, including loans, deposits, and treasury services
  • Analyze client financial statements and creditworthiness to support lending decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Monitor portfolio performance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and execute business development plans to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Provide ongoing support and advisory services to help clients navigate economic challenges
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at local networking events and community engagements
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of small business lending, credit analysis, and financial products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
