Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small business clients in the Corte Madera, CA area, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth
  • Prospect and acquire new small business customers through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate products such as business loans, merchant services, and cash management solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention while identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Analyze client financial data to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risks in line with JPMorgan Chase's underwriting standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting small businesses, advising clients accordingly
  • Prepare and present business reviews to clients and senior management to drive portfolio performance
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
