Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or small business lending

  • Strong understanding of small business financial products including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit risks for small business clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Dallas metropolitan area
