Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients in the Danbury, CT area, providing tailored financial solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio and achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Analyze client financial statements and creditworthiness to structure lending solutions while mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit, underwriting, and product specialists to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Monitor client accounts for performance, proactively addressing issues and opportunities for cross-selling
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at local business events, networking groups, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in financial transactions
  • Prepare and present business reviews to clients and senior management
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, pipeline, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of small business lending, credit analysis, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
