Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with small business clients in the Eagan, MN territory, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth
  • Prospect and acquire new small business customers through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as business loans, merchant services, and cash management solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, identify cross-selling opportunities, and mitigate risks to ensure portfolio health
  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit analysts, underwriters, and product specialists to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Develop and execute business development plans to meet or exceed revenue and acquisition targets
  • Provide ongoing financial education and advisory services to clients on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Prepare and present credit proposals, ensuring compliance with JPMorgan Chase risk management standards
  • Track market trends in the small business sector and adapt strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
  • Represent JPMorgan Chase at local business events and community engagements to strengthen brand presence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth in small business lending
  • Strong understanding of financial products including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit risks in the small business sector
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
