Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients in the Fort Wayne area, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth
  • Prospect and acquire new small business relationships through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as business checking, loans, and merchant services
  • Monitor client accounts for performance, identify cross-sell opportunities, and mitigate risks to ensure portfolio health
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Develop and maintain strong community ties to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in local small business ecosystems
  • Prepare and present credit proposals and business plans to senior management for approval
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase policies in client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or small business lending
  • Proven track record in sales and portfolio management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products, including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit risks for small business clients
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Fort Wayne area
