Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients in the Great Neck, NY area, providing tailored financial solutions including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners to understand their needs and deliver customized banking products from JPMorgan Chase
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to recommend appropriate financing options and mitigate risks
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, cross-selling services, and achieving sales targets

  • Monitor client accounts for performance, proactively addressing issues and opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth in small business lending
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in the financial industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools relevant to small business financing
