Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with small business clients in the Lake Worth, FL area, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth
  • Prospect and acquire new small business customers through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products like commercial loans, merchant services, and cash management tools
  • Manage a portfolio of small business accounts, monitoring performance and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional JP Morgan services such as investment advisory and payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies while mitigating risks
  • Prepare and present business reviews to clients, highlighting portfolio performance and growth strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or small business lending
  • Proven track record in sales and portfolio management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of small business financial products, including loans, credit lines, and treasury services
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit risks for small business clients
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Lake Worth, FL market area
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications preferred for compliance
