Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners in the Paso Robles area, providing tailored financial solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio and meet revenue targets
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking products, including loans, deposits, and treasury services
  • Analyze client financial statements and creditworthiness to support lending decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysts and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Monitor client accounts for ongoing needs, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in community events and networking to enhance JP Morgan Chase's local presence
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Prepare reports on portfolio performance and market trends for senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of small business lending, credit analysis, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
