Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business clients in the Roseville, MN territory, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through proactive outreach and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of small business financial products including loans, lines of credit, and treasury services
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and credit risks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Roseville, MN area
